WHAT TO EXPECT DURING GAS SAFE CERTIFICATE INSPECTION

- Combustion analyser reading, this will check your appliance is burning okay and can often tell if there are any breaks in the flue system.
- Open any inspection hatches were installed to check the integrity of the flue system.
- Fill out landlord gas safety inspection (CP12) and leave a copy in the property.
